It appears that certain factory visits ae a requirement of all China tours. In the Beijing area we visited the BinBin cloisonne and silk carpet factories. Actually, both were quite interesting, contrary to our initial expectations.
At the cloisonné factory everyone could try their hand at the painting. The results were mixed!
