We traveled to the Hu Xian farmer village for a visit to the Guang Ming Primary school and an overnight stay in a village home. The school receives funds from Grand Circle Foundation, the parent company of Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT). Some residents remain in the old village while most have moved to the new part. While there we also visited the home of a local artist who demonstrated her paper cutting and painting. the art created in this area is known as Huxian Famer Peasant Painting.
