One of our longest days on the bus was traveling from Bariloche, Argentina to Puerto Varas, Chile. The reason for the length was that we were crossing the Andes mountains and going through an international border crossing. Other than a journey that took most of the day, the trip was scenic and we made several stops along the way.

Oue lunch stop was at a small restaurant that also had a Studebaker auto museum. Many of you viewing this may not recall the Studebaker automobile! The museum owner also had a eclectic collections of items totally unrelated to Studebakers, such as old cameras!

During our first full day in Chile we visited Petrohue Falls and had a delicious lunch at a local family run restaurant.
