Kuchl, Austria, was our home for the two week Untour. We had a lovely apartment on the top floor of a traditional Austrian home. Our gracious and interesting hosts were Terry and Joseph Seiwald. Kuchl is about a 35 minute train ride from Salzburg and our apartment was a 10 minute brisk walk to the train station. Kuchl is a small town but with all of the amenities needed for our stay. It proved to be a great home base for our Austrian living experience.
