We toured the Citadel and the districts of Old Cairo, including Coptic Cairo, and Islamic Cairo. This tour ended in the sprawling Khan El Khalili Bazaar. We were unprepared for the tangle of vehicles in Cairo, otherwise known as city traffic. Road markings and the few traffic lights seemed to be merely decorations! Consequently, vehicle dents and scrapes appeared to be the norm.
