Assisi, as expected, was the most tourist populated site we experienced in Umbria. We followed local advice to not visit on a weekend!

Gubbio is a steep slopped town (actually it seemed all hill towns are). The museum there houses the Eugubian Tables, discovered in 1444. Unfortunately, they do not allow photos of them. Another highlight is the ride to the Basilica di Sant'Ubaldo via the Funivia collie Eletto.

Veru near our farm were three attractions that we visited one Sunday. These were the Tempietto di Clitunnus, Fonti del Clitunno and a 1700 year old olive tree that is still producing. Later that day we had an Untours arranged, five course lunch prepared by Mamma Wanda, the matriarch of our farm family.
