Nerja was our stop on the Mediterranean. It appeared to be much less crowed than other cities we drove through along the Costa Del Sol. We found this to be a beautiful place and a great “strolling” city. The surprise was that it was almost more British than Spanish! Following a recommendation in Rick Steves guidebook, Barb and I walked to Aho's for Paella at lunch.
A short drive North from Nerja got us to Granada where we turned in our rental car. The big attraction here is the Alhambra; a huge area with many structures and fantastic gardens. We ended our stay here with a flaminco show at a local restaurant. Not quite the same as Seville, although the guitar player was outstanding.
