There is a 2 mile trail along the Engstligen river that ends in Frutigen. This trail is lined with sculptures that have for the most part been carved from fallen trees. We began the walk from a bus stop near Frutigen then crossing the Engstlien River on a 502 foot long suspension bridge that is 124 feet above the river below. This is reportedly Europe’s longest suspension foot bridge!
The walk was fun and ends up back in Frutigen on the street where our apartment was. just in time for lunch at home!
