We traveled from Cesky Krumlov to Prague via public bus where we were to meet our Rick Steves tour group for the RS Eastern Europe tour. We did not take a lot of photos in Prague since we had been here at the end of our 2004 Europe trip. Our photos of Prague from that trip can be viewed by going to that trip’s web page. Not much in old Prague has changed since then!
We visited the Jewish area of Prague this time. The several synagogues are quite interesting as is the old jewish cemetery.
We had booked tickets to a classical music concert in advance. The venue was small and the decor was qjite fascinating. We enjoyed the concert very much.
Our tour made a lunch stop in the small town of Stramberk. Some of us chose to have lunch at the local brewery. The lunch was good and the the owner gave us a tour of the cellar rooms which made it all the more interesting.
