In October 2009 we visited the Ticino area of Switzerland for two weeks. We had an apartment in Locarno arranged through Untours. There we enjoyed many hikes in the south side of the Alps. We then traveled via train to Ferrara, Italy where we had arranged an apartment for one week. From there we could take the train to a number of nearby cities.
